a dreamy escape
beautiful setupwarm careperfect detail
my time at the hotel was magical. i experienced very nice service. abhinav and sydney, the butlers, made my birthday lovely. they prepared a beautiful setup, so i felt celebrated and touched. breakfast, location, and details were perfect. the entire visit seemed like a dream come true.
the tv needs an upgrade to a smart version. many 3, 4, and 5 star hotels have smart tvs.

the team was amazing. the butlers, herbert, rhoda and shelani, were stars. jayson from the gym and spa was a credit to the hotel. faysal and rayhan at the executive pool were respective and gracious.

wow, what a hotel!

the reception staff, alisha, checked me in and she explained everything. aneesh helped with the bags. he made sure i knew where to go. dior at bab al yam restaurant was great. the breakfast outside had fantastic sea views.

The check-in process occurred inside the suite. The suite provided Hermès amenities. The buggy service to nearby hotels and restaurants was quick. I also received free access to the Wild Wadi waterpark.
The TV in my room was not a smart version. I felt this should be updated.

The staff were friendly and helpful! from the front desk to the butlers, they aimed to. the room was big and well-equipped though it needed a bit of updating. the hermès bathroom toiletries were a great touch. I really appreciated that.
My check-in time was strictly enforced at 4 pm. It wasn't the best start. the cutlery and cups looked depreciated. They did not meet the standard i expected. the tv in my room was not a smart version. I have seen better in other hotels.

The room service was prompt. The staff was polite and attentive to my needs. I particularly appreciated the Hermes toiletries provided. The hotel mentioned every detail to enhance my comfort.
